The Good Hotel Guide & Sunday Observer have commented on the exceptional value for money that is offered in this beautiful 18th centaury home set in the heart of the friendly village of West Haddon just 4 miles from the M1.Pear Trees is full of original oak beams and character with many interesting features such as the ancient flagstones in the reception hall, the sitting room with its large marble fireplace where logs burn in winter, the dinning room with original window shutters, the old Aga in the kitchen that is used for all cooking and the utility room where there is even an ancient water well and pump! Each bedroom has at least one original oak beam and most overlook the well-stocked walled garden and have either en-suite or private facilities.
